This course focuses on improvement in the overall writing abilities of the participants. Trainees learn to write clearly and correctly, at the sentence, paragraph and document level. Different document types, such as reports, letters, memos and e-mail are covered, as well as strategies for effective planning, editing, and rewriting.

Businesspeople conduct a large part of their business by phone and cannot afford misunderstandings. We offer courses covering telephone skills at all levels. Participants will learn to react appropriately to all kinds of situations, even unexpected or awkward ones, with both clients and colleagues.
